A commission is chosen via application and will be contacted up to 2 week after application was sent.

Commission is paid using Paypal in USD, 50% upfront of the total payment and another 50% once completed.

Commission will not start until I receive half of the payment in the front.

I will send you WIP (work in progress) of your commission each time progress have been made.

Design revision can be asked and changed in the sketch process, any revision after that will not be processed. But smaller revisions can be made to ensure the best results can be given to you. Don't be shy to ask me if there are something doesn't sit well with you.

I work on one project at a time until it is finished before moving to another project when I do two or more projects at once (first-come-first-serve).

I will send you the files via email or google drive after the payment is fully paid.

I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible while maintaining the best quality of my art, it could take 2 weeks to months for each project so please be patient with me.

You may set a deadline/rush order if you wish but it must be reasonable and there will be a rush fee and your project will be prioritized.

Commissions for Live2D Art only serve art asset only and support (like fixing layer) for rigging are free of charge.

Revisions after I sent you the file were only given for 3 days after the file was sent.

You can only ask for refund if the commission was taking too long with no progress being made after a month or commission have not started.

I can refund 100% of the total payment only if I have not started working on the commission or I decided to cancel the commission.

Refund after I worked on the commission will be no more than 40% of the total payment you have paid.

You are not allowed to use my work without a proper credit to me. ex. ママ: Izumi Relict/@IzuRelict, Illustrator: Izumi Relict/@IzuRelict, etc. The credits should be easily seen and not purposefully hard to be found.

I reserves the rights to publish commissioned works to my social media or used it for portfolio etc. (If it's a secret project please let me know first).

I reserves the rights to decline/cancel your order if I feel uncomfortable drawing it or you were proven to be troublesome in any way.

I will only provide the psd/runtime file for the commission and all the sample of the model in png/mp4 format. If you want the raw file such as .clip/.cmo3, there will be an additional fee.

You aren't allowed to modify the model in any way without asking for permission from the artist first.

Commissions are for personal and indie use only (streaming and content creation). Please contact me first regarding work for a corporate use.
